The last week people have asked our chatbot 1,441 questions about Aista. How do I know? Because our custom ChatGPT website chatbot logs every single question and answer visitors asks it. Let me illustrate with an example.
Our custom ChatGPT chatbot logs every single question and answer. From a strategical point of view, this allows you to have a sneak peek into what questions your visitors have about your website. The above of course is just one example. We've got 1,441 stored questions and answers over the last 1 to 2 weeks, allowing us to answer questions about our company we had no means to answer previously. Below is another example.
The above is a perfect answer, although it arguably should have informed that a dedicated and managed MySQL or PostgreSQL database comes with an additional charge. Out of the box you get SQLite. It's not 100% perfect, but it's close enough. Besides, most human support agents also do mistakes every now and then.
Intelligence fosters intelligence
From a business strategical point of view, something such as the above of course is literally worth its weight in gold. Because every single question your visitor have about your website, becomes an opportunity to improve your business, apply changes, and increase revenue and profit margins. Of course, there is the occassional ...
... to prove you've "gone global". I have no idea what it means, but it illustrates how the bot understands and (hopefully) answers intelligent in whatever language you ask your question in.
Insights leads to better business
Understanding and knowing the questions your customers asks about your business, gives you unique insight into how you can improve - And even the questions and answers you don't even understand yourself, also gives you insight. Here's another one, for the untrained eye, it might appear to be meaningless, but it's actually highly interesting. It illustrates that our users are "playing" with our chatbot technology, because they're curious about its limits and capabilities. I'm no expert on Ferrari but from my point of view it seems like a legitimate answer.
